Reiki gave me a system that explained the energy, Pranic Healing upped the game by showing me how I could harness the energy and provided me with protocols and a way to spiritually understand and practice my energy work. The Mind Magic® methodology gave me the neuroscience, and my own research and intuition provided the robust framework to bring it all together.

Why I LOVE What I Do
I was that girl…the one no one wanted to claim they were friends with, but everyone wanted to be around. The loyal one, the one who made others feel safe. All the while I was feeling so unsafe to be my true and authentic self.
Now I could just leave this here and let you all just resonate with me, but there was so much more to me then and me now. I won’t bore you with every moment of transformation because that could, and may possibly become a book one day, but here is what I will say. I am safe. I am whole. I am me and it’s SAFE TOBEME! Breathe that in for a moment just for yourself, it’s SAFE to be ME!
Energy is my thing. I can feel you coming before you even walk into a room. I could feel the good, the bad, the scary. All of it.
I went through years of searching for knowledge and understanding about what it all meant. As I look back and now understand that nothing has meaning until we give it one, I realize I created ALL my own fears, blocks, and boxes, unintentionally.
Enter Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Mind Magic. Yep, in that order! I am a perpetual student and that will never change. I LOVE TOLEARN and these three modalities have personally changed my life.
Using these methods, I Explored, Excavated, and Reclaimed my Soul. In doing that, I was able to finally show up in my life as the truest expression of myself EVERY TIME I show up. Sometimes that is in a t-shirt with my hair in a bun on my head, and other times it’s in flowy pants, a tank top, and kimono. Regardless, I am SAFE to be ME!
